How can a it professional (btech) can switch to non tech basically hr without mba degree? Any suggestions?

You don’t need an MBA for HR. You need to pick up a few internships and then convert those into full time roles. You can find internships by searching for posts on Linkedin. Avoid internshaala, recruiters barely respond there.

But also, just a heads up, HR is a people-centric role so you need to have demonstrable experience in leadership, people management either via other internship experience or through college societies and clubs.

After that you can go for a TISS MA in HRM degree which is very cheap (in comparison to an MBA) by giving CUET PG - and then you’re set for life.
