How do you have peace of mind in interviews?
In general my mind works decently well, but in interviews I'm having a mind block and not able to think through. I start getting tensed the moment I feel I gave the wrong answer and screw up the remaining interview. Any suggestions on how I can improve?
Don’t expect anything from interviews. Pressure builds up the moment you start expecting and have fear of rejection.

This^ need to have a don't need don't care attitude. There's plenty of opportunities in the world too, nothing is worth stressing too much over.

I am struggling in whiteboard exercise rounds. I get super nervous and even if I follow proper problem solving process I can’t get good ideas on the spot 🙁

Work on “peace of mind” overall.
‘Run often’ if you can. The fast and slow pacing of heart prepares body to not freak out in times of stress.
There is no special preparation of peace of mind that can be done for an interview. Probably take a run on the day of your interview; it shall help.
Ending the zoom call abruptly is always an option so I don't get stressed out.
