I have a competing offer that is very good for me. But if they increase it can they lay me off saying I am an expensive employee?

I think salary is less I currently work in Norway green tech full remote 1.2 cr + 20% variable . I have very boating work . I wanted to know a couple of things - 
1. Will it be vanilla JS or any framework specific ?
2. Is googling syntax/methods allowed in case you are stuck ?
3. Interview is for 2 hrs almost, what will the interviewer be doing? lol

Location - Bangalore

Flipkart Bangalore Offer:
Base: 26 LPA
Performance Bonus: 10%(2.6 LPA)
Stocks: 13.9 Lac for 4 years => Almost 3.5 Lac per year
Total CTC: 32 LPA

Designation = Software Development Engineer II - Fulfillment Services Group (FSG).
Tech Stack = Java, Springboot, Distributed System etc

Microsoft Hyderabad Offer

Base: 26 LPA
Performance Bonus: 20%(5.2 LPA)
Stocks: $40k for 4 years => Almost 8 Lac per year
Relocation Bonus: 4 Lac
CTC for 1st year = 44 LPA
After one year, Total CTC: 40 LPA

Designation = Software Engineer II(L61) – Consumer Identity Experiences Team
Tech Stack = C++, windows

Please suggest which offer I should choose and what factors I should consider when making my decision. Which organization will help me with my long-term personal growth, such as for 3-4 years?

Done with 3 rounds and was told there at 3 more rounds? I think that's unusually high. 

What's the avg salary for PM at Flipkart? 

I'm interviewing for PM 1 but ideally would want a PM 2 role. 

Exp: 
2 years as PM post MBA (tier 1)
2 years as Android dev and 8 months as PM pre MBA

Gave 4 long rounds for Flipkart sde 2 position. Did a decent job in all rounds (according to me). Now I am getting ghosted. HRs are not picking my calls from the last 6 or 7 days.
Also saw a leetcode post today, the person had the same 1st round as mine so I think he got selected.

Feeling very sad because this is the 3rd company that has ghosted me after taking all the rounds.

HRs don't even have the basic work ethic to say yes/no on a 30 seconds call. Worst people I'd say

I am a frontend dev with 2 yrs of experience.

Can someone plz guide me if I should consider the oppurtunity? ( they have acquired a bad reputation lately)
Is it a good place as far as growth in skills is concerned?

I recently got an offer from rqzorpay for SSE role. I have few questions rgarding same.  

1. How is the work culture there? 
2. Any internal politics issues? 
3. How the company's long term stability in terms of how well it will do? 
4. What is ballpark hike for same role.
5. What should be fix ctc for this role?

I got an offer from Ola Electric for a Senior Engineering role in Backend dev. Pay is good and team looks interesting too. But I am very apprehensive about their culture. Their glassdoor reviews are horrible and the recent interview in YS Bhavish gave was cringe max. I am a hard working guy, will do solid 8-10hrs 5 days a week. But it looks like that won’t be enough. One might be made to work late nights and weekends routinely from what I heard. And Bhavish saying he doesn’t believe in weekends has made me a lot more anxious.

My current company is going through financial troubles. I will definitely have to move. I will get some other role though if I wait for a few weeks.

Could someone working at Ola or with recent experience advise me here.

This is just a prediction based on what I've been observing recently. Founder is publishing a lot of self ego boosting articles and aggressively hiring currently.

This has been going on for quite some time and they recently did some layoffs too!

These are some of the early signs when things start to go wrong.

Not sure about their numbers. And even though Indians really love gold it's not an investment. It's a hedge. 

Let's see what happens in the next 12 months.

Prediction - The next startup to fall will be Jar

So Flipkart will be doing performance based layoffs. I have been placed on PIP. How should I proceed considering I don't have any other offers and not much experience either.

1. Resign immediately.
2. Do the PIP completely and then see if I pass or not?
I am not in a good financial position currently.
