Razorpay offer
I recently got an offer from rqzorpay for SSE role. I have few questions rgarding same. 1. How is the work culture there? 2. Any internal politics issues? 3. How the company's long term stability in terms of how well it will do? 4. What is ballpark hike for same role. 5. What should be fix ctc for this role?
I have same role my base pay is 26LPA fixed, you might be disappointed with hikes, most of us get single digit hikes but in really exceptional cases you may get upto 15-20% hike (very very few people in company get such hike)
26 LPA for SDE 2? I used to think SDE pay band starts from around 30. Can you share when you joined here? And were you promoted internally?
@UncommonSepal it is not stable you can be fired any time of year no severance 1 month notice period and they are doing silent layoff.
Too many oncalls will strongly recomend you to bluntly ask team and long term vision of team and is that tema profitable, if they say team will be profitable in 1-2 years dont go look for alternatives if possible and join only if you are too frustrated in current job and you have no other option,
recently they fired many sse silently.
Don't join Razorpay. Worst Company ever in terms of work culture. Lot of internal politics. No good work.
