Anyone from hyd. How are you managing hybrid work from office. My office has mandated 2 days / week. My home town is 6hr away from hyd. How are people managing this kind of situation.
How were you managing before Covid? WFH won’t work in India because majority are lazy and dishonest!
Here is my counter argument: employees are more productive wfh. They don't have to waste time commuting, saves time and money, can easily unwind spending more time with the family, can work flexible. Granted some might misuse the system. But putting guardrails and punishing all of the employees is naive. Companies need to find better ways.
I love hybrid as I can have best of both world..my independence in Hyderabad and it's better for me when I visit my hometown periodically .You can't be yourself with your family being around you everytime and 25-30 is the age where you should live a little as well . What would just saving money do if you are not enjoying it. Optimizing just for money is sad imo
