Hobby is something which should not feel like work. Identify what you like doing and put in the repetitions. There’s your hobbby.

How to identify what you like doing ?

For next 30-45 days Make 2 columns and write entries everyday just in one or two words

1. what you did today that gave you most joy.

2. what you did today that made you feel bad.

After 30 days answer will be infront of you Add 1) to your life as hobby and try to remove 2).

If the only thing you do in your free time is take a nap, then probably you can read more about the science behind sleep. You can start by watching ted talks on sleep. There are various related topics like sleep cycle, sleep paralysis, science behind dreams etc. You can eventually become a sleep expert and hence making it your hobby.

Do you scroll on social media and come across any specific genre of reels that you like? For example you might like to watch cooking reels or shorts and then try to cook like them. Hobbies can be anything really. Usually watching others do stuff makes you want to do them and soon you want to keep doing it.

You cannot develop a hobby, it's like forcing yourself to learn. Hobby is something that you enjoy doing in your spare time. Something that isn't work and you don't stress about doing it
