I have to submit one assignment. Problem is : In conversation with Apartments a recurring question that arises is: "we currently don't have any EVs- why would we require your EV charging solution?". This can often bottleneck the sales cycle leading to a longer than necessary sales cycle. Your job: Your job is to come up with a compelling answer to the above question. Craft a narrative which explains to the apartment the need for EV charging, and what are the benefits of adopting our solution.

2) Can drive up rents/prices with this is in brochure

5) Can test out early because this is the future

1. Give them commission based on the number of hours any one is charging their EV. Put these EV chargers on the Google Maps and try to get audience there.
Although, my question would be why have you designed the EVs to be installed around apartments without consulting them first. And, if you have, what are the pros and cons they have mentioned?
Having an EV charging solution for existing societies or upcoming societies should be seen as a first mover advantage. With more and more companies, individuals and government bodies moving towards EVs, having a charging setup at home will make these gated societies more in-demand. It will also promote the currents residents to shift from gas based vehicles to electric vehicles. Good luck.
