Am with Infosys for more than 3 years without single hike. Now I got an offer in tata with 50% hike and Infosys and client agreed to send me onsite now.
Confused which to choose, should I revoke papers and go to Germany or go to tcs and work from office. 5 days a week with hike.

I have been working in an internal project at a service-based company for almost 3 years now (that's my total YOE) and I feel like I need to move out of my comfort zone. (more so because I've been rotting in my home location since the pandemic). I want to move to a different country and work there (temporary is fine as well)

Can you guys name a few companies that provide onshore opportunities (outside India, preferably European countries) along with the criteria to be deployed on such projects? Please also mention if Visa is arranged by the company or not

I have an experience of 8 years and have not switched ever. Because of this my package is relatively low (~16 lpa) compared to peers in IT. I have a medical emergency at home and so my manager has allowed me to do wfh for a while and thats why I have been sticking in this company. But I didn't receive any hike last year even though I was one of the best performers. Should I switch and is the market suitable for a switch?

Hi viners, I have resigned in April from tcs and have 40 days left but today I got a call from management and they are giving me ladoo on UK ka onsite and asking me if I consider. Although I clearly told them that people having more than 15 16 yoe are not getting an onsite opportunity how come I get ? Still they told me to consider. So viners community pls help me what should I do? I know it's onsite lolipop which is almost impossible but I'm still asking. It's a food for thought for me. Please give your suggestions.
