Employment, Educational,Criminal and address check are done in all companies I cleared all this but but the thing is I didn't take any loan but still I am reflecting loan defaulter and i explained this to Hr but still drop by them what is the solution??

Is there any company where credit check is not done n I can get a job.
I am suffering from anxiety and depression due to this incident

I worked on a project where the pharama companies can request their new license or renewal their expired license seems easy but need to pass through various checks including government and different users so how to handle all these were too hectic

Help for fresher role

Currently working in service sector 4.3yrs of experience and 3.26lpa is my package.
Since I am from bca background they put me in bps (bpo).  Currently working in react project.
Now got selected for a product based company for 8lpa.
In 4.3 years I took 2 years leave without pay for my higher studies and returned back to same organisation.
The problem is I didn't inform this to new organisation.
They have initiated my bgv. Really afraid will they find this out and revoke the offer?
They asked me to submit my pf passbook .
Is it okay to submit my 6 month payslip as it also contains the pf details?

I applied for a PMO role at LTI fortunately cleared 1st round of interview , then comes BGV verification process before 2nd round
They said me my BGV is red because , they are not hiring candidates from one of the company I previously worked for in start of my career! But my current employment is at Capgemini and they are not just considering current but also your 7 years companies list I have worked for!

This is soo Strange and disheartening!🙁To just get rejected due to my pervious employment and  not on my ability!

Any suggestion if someone faced the same at any company?🥲

PM(Designation Product Specialist) 1 year, internally transitioned after 2 years working as an AM.

CTC 10 Fixed - Highly Underpaid 

Took a pay cut to transition to product role, company policy states team change pay cut because a fresher in new team. 

Not good relationship with current manager because financial issue fucks up mental health which fucks up work as well. So appraisal out of the picture. 

So I am looking for a job,wherever I have applied my cv is getting rejected. I have checked the ATS score and it is >80% 

Have checked with people from multiple companies: zynga, cars24, nykka and the trend is tier 1 college students get preference. 

Cannot pursue MBA now because age is almost 28 and cannot afford the fees. 

Are there any Certifications/exams which can help here ? A portfolio of projects ? 

Someone mentioned ISB PM course as well but gone through reviews on Reddit and it’s not worth it as per them. 

The last resort is upraised.co Bootcamp. Is it worth it when it comes to job placement?

I have been working in company for 10+ years and now moving to different project now and they are doing fresh BGC, I don’t know why as It was already done when i joined it. I want to understand, how these third party vendors who does BGC, check our criminal records? I have one case for family dispute, which is pending since 2016, there is nothing proven against me and court is just giving dates. What should I do? Should I mention this in BGC ?

In my BGV process it was found that I was a junior DS in one of the previous orgs. In my resume I mentioned it as just DS, without the 'junior'.
The HR has informed this has come up as a red flag from the BGV company.

This is weird. Has this ever happened to anyone and will this lead to termination? If yes, do they also ask to pay back the salaries? I have already worked for 3 months here.

But I never addressed some traumatic events that took place in my life before I turned 16. My depression took refuge in substance abuse and I abandoned all studies/career prospects during the pandemic. Eventually after 7 years of using, I got clean/sober in Jan'23 and resumed my studies. I earned my degree but on paper it took me 8 years to complete a 4 year B. Tech (2016-24).

Reasonably I get asked about the gap in my academics by hr/recruiters whom I push my CV to. I've been dead honest to them about my struggles with mental health and addiction in the past. And I've been getting ghosted. (It could be because of skill reasons on my part but I'm not even getting a feedback).

Should I not tell recruiters the truth about the gap? Should I leave the addiction bit out? How should I word it? I've never held a real coding job before but been slogging for the last 6 months to get better each day (my github and projects will reflect that). Please help me out with all your valuable suggestions. If you're a tech recruiter let me know how you would perceive my case.🙏🥺

Recently, I gave an interview at this early startup in Bangalore. It consisted of 5 rounds.
- The first four rounds were technical, design, and assignment rounds which went well. I answered all the questions fairly well and the interviewer was happy knowing the answer.

- The fifth round was with the CEO - Now this was the turning point. He was more concerned about my personal situation. He asked questions like, where I live, where is my hometown, if WFO is okay for me (I was working remotely in my current company ), and where is your dad ( I said he was no more and that turned off the CEO of a company), how will you keep my mother in BLR, why your mom not living with your siblings?. And I was like "WTF man".the only technical question he asked -> "Have you ever hacked a system in your recent days?". 😂😂

After wasting more than 14 hours in the process I received a rejection mail without any feedback.

Message to recruiter - if you are more concerned about the personal situation of the candidate, please conduct a preliminary round for that.

I was going to join a company in gurgaon.
Had 2 rounds of interviews with them and 1 psychrometric test.

Both interviews & the test happened on wednesday.
On thursday i got email from HR asking details like Aadhar, PAN card and salary slips etc.

At First I called the HR to share any offer letter or salary details (neither we negotiated), but she said it will all be after i share the details.

Taking it as a win, i shared all of the details.

Now on Friday evening i got an email from HR that they cant move further with my candidature.

I called the HR to find out, she said it is because i failed the psychrometric test. WTF ?

Now i am genuinely concerned if this was scam?

I got rejected after sharing the Aadhar & PAN details. WTF

Work culture has become ultra toxic. Managers have started nano managing and literally are a pain in the ass. Product giving unrealistic timelines and leadership agreeing on the same without even consulting the developers and even if the developers are raising concerns, no fucks are given infact they are made to realise that this is how a startup should work. Literally everyone is working their asses off and still unable to meet the deadlines. Empathy is completely lost and WLB is a sham. People including me want to switch but are not even getting time to prepare.

I switched recently from Quantiphi. This was my first switch. It has been more than two months now. And I've still not cleared the FnF with them.


My calculations show that I've to return around net 1.5 lacs ruppees of my prorated Bonus to Quantiphi as part of FnF. So I've not been pushing for FnF and nor Quantiphi has communicated anything about it.


They have given me separation letter. So I'm confused weather I should ask for FnF or not?

If I do not what are the issues I can face in future?
