Kya kare?
My boss speaks weird, has double standards and has a lot of favouritism over his subordinates. First instance he says to do one thing Next instance he says do the opposite And when things don’t work according to him, all the blame or disappointment comes to me. I am seriously confused, Kya kare? 🥹
Document, document, document. Document every single interaction. This is precisely what minutes of a meeting are for.
In this case, start documenting even 1x1's.
And use that glorious phrase built for these kind of situations: "As discussed, ....."

I hate this type of biased favoritism. Agar itna pyar h kuch selective employees se and dusre kisi ko itna fire krwana chahte ho toh hiring hi kyu krte ho
Discuss your issue with your manager and see what he says. If not then talk to his/her manager. Don't give up without doing this. You never know things will change in your favour.
I was in mindtree, in training duration one lead was assigned whose job is to help us make one end to end project, he was doing favouritism least like me. Whatever I asked he was ignoring me. He even sent me to the Training head manager of that office location which generally means I am not up to the mark. And they will read, practice & join in the next batch. He started casually asking me how the training was going on. I did not know all this why he is calling me & the intention of him to send me for next batch. I bursted whole thing that idiotic lead was doing. Then my lead called me in night & said don't worry, I will help you & all. From that I got to know he got a good scolding.
Then in the last part of training, cross lead discussion happens. At the last day he said he sent me to the location head manager for this reason & he was not knowing I am a good developer.
TLDR: Saying is important. Saying honestly what is within you is a good thing. You will feel relieved. And, most probably you will get a good response
