Like whats happening man!!! Is the company dumb or what?

I'm already 7 months in & I'm slowly starting to give up now. The positive affirmations, the "your time will come" crap is just not working anymore.

Financially, I'm a mess. Living in constant stress & anxiety, parents don't believe in me, can't go out & have a drink with my friends since i have deliberately been out of contact with them.

I am sick of PM junta acting so pricey when joining a Series A. Most junta are stuck in their jobs doing boring stuff, and they keep seeking exciting opportunity to arrive. But when it's knocking on the door suddenly everyone wants a 40-50% fixed pay hike and doesnt want risk sharing (say ESOP component higher than fixed). For what!! 

Dude Series A has lesser money that's 1, unlike the cushy companies to these PMs are leaving and then, all of a sudden , I derive my happiness from "intellectual stimulation" or "real work" just vanishes in thin air.
Btw, we are offering like 5-15% hike on their current fixed pay with atleast 1:1 ESOP min (giving more to people who negotiate on ESOPs).

Lot of Developers are leaving the company (specially frontend) because of low salaries, limited scope of work and Return to office policy. 
Company is silently creating an atmosphere where developers are leaving on their own. 

Company is also not planning to provide any good pay raise in the upcoming appraisals.

I'm working at payU payment from 2 years and from last two years they are giving the increments in single digit, is the market is bad ? Last year I got 4% increment I was informed by my manager that company is not doing good same has happened this year again I got only 4% incriment. In my team I have seen people are getting 8-10% also and in other team few have got 12% also, however I feel even 12% is the highest still it seems too low. is this is happening everywhere or it's just payU?

LinkedIn is the biggest cringe inducing platform, no doubt why corporates even make pages there. It’s simply a dick measuring app. 

Don’t turn this into another, where people compare it behind close doors.

So lately I’ve interviewed for Jiocinema SDE II role. I cleared all their rounds.
After informing that ive been selected after 3-5 days of final round, they rolled an offer letter after a week which had a basic welcome page and a salary annexure It was just a simple word doc ( not even a pdf ) with the company masterhead ( it didn’t had date of joining, workplace , work timings, leave information & probation details )
After a round of negotiation, Hr informed in zoom call that it is a offer of intent and not offer letter, which will be provided after you fill your details in our portal. 
After filling the form on their portal, now the hr is saying that the earlier provided offer was only the offer letter and appointment letter will be provided on date of joining.
Have you guys faced the same situation in Viacom18? Is it is just me? 

Moreover the company raised various red flags like hr not picking calls for a week or two, since after giving my final round the company took 1.5+ months to send their portal link . 

Moreover the hike % is below 30%.
