Mental Harassment in KPMG

Need advice from the community. I've been with TCS for 1.5 years as an experienced resource, but despite my efforts, I haven't been assigned any projects. Instead, I’m constantly put on random trainings. When I raised this with HR and the Delivery Manager, I was met with excuses. Recently, they've even started applying leaves from the backend without my consent. I'm not looking to quit just yet, but I’m unsure of my next steps. Mental Harassment at workplace

Context - Since Deloitte does not get a lot of projects, they bend over their knees in front of clients and do each and everything like literally peon, clerk jobs too if client asks them to. I was deployed at a client location 5 days a week and was not giving any specific work to do but was told "Jo client bole wo karna hai". Client was a 24 yr old kid earning 80% lesser than me. He used to hurl abuses in the office, on weekends and even behaved physically inappropriately at times. When I informed the manager, he was like " tumse client handle nahi hora". Even after raising it to HR, no action was taken and manager also got promotion inspite of being the one aware about everything and not stepping up. I was given way below appraisal than industry and company average and have been pushed aside by the company. Request help from the community to help me with any openings or jobs in product management role in your company for me to move out of this toxic environment

Hello everyone today i have be targeted by my team lead by taking 2 day sick leave due to which he got ego hurt and complained to HR unwanted reaction and put me in PIP. I am getting harassed by my current organisation. Can you provide me referrals so that i can change my Organisation. It will really help me thanks and regards

I've been working in Accenture over 1.8 , I'm facing lots of toxicity, politics in my daily work now these days. I've been through a mental trauma as I was under the process of PIP ( Performance Improvement Program) , the clear reason behind it is boot licking, me & one of my colleagues both were into this process, I performed well enough & got 3.5/4 in tasks so they retain me , but she got 0/4 ...for that reason they terminate her. But after PIP in the office they're completely cornering me , they're not treating me as before.... I don't know what to do , I'm thinking to switch, but some says it's too early. I'm still under so much confusion. If anyone help me in any way , it'll be thankful :)

I was an Interim team lead and my probation of 6 months just got completed today and 6 months ago I was told that after completion I will be the team Lead. Yesterday I was told that they are changing my team's department and due this there will be a new Team Lead. There is no team lead in that department they are promoting someone else to be the lead of my team. Please suggest what should I do because all this feels so disrespecting and unfair.

One of the old employees dropped a bomb of an e-mail against the entire leadership of PhonePe Mass Offline leadership addressing about mental harassment, hostile comments, threatening to sack, and pushing employees to have no work life balance. This mail was sent to the Founder Sameer Nigam and the HR Head.

What is wrong with the world? Why do thinks like these happen?
