My role is changing, and I really, really want to quit.

Knock some sense into me. Earlier my role was more consulting-like, but my org is going through a change and the team I was a part of is merging with the client-services team.

I hate it, and I haven't even started with the role. Come on man.

This isn't what I signed up for. At all. I really want to quit but I know I have a long way to go until I get a new job.

I don't even want to go through the training and the change management, no motivation left. Honestly, it's not a bad company.

But I hate this role. So much.
