Hi , I’m full stack developer with 3 yoe , 
currently working with 17LPA . 


After 4 rounds of technical interview at verse innovations . 
I have been offered 25 LPA CTC 

Breakdown - 23LPA 
Performance Bonus - 2 LPA 
Relocation benefits - Stay at 4 star hotel  for 15 days. 

No ESOPS or No sign on bonus . 


Am I getting a low ball offer here ? Also if anyone know how the company is doing or how is the work culture and management.

Wanna get some idea about market pay and the hike I’m getting in a e-commerce company. 

Worked as a DevOps/Software Engineer for 5 yrs and CCTC is around 30-32 LPA. New company is ready to offer around 42. 

Is it good offer or should I check for more companies?

I know some startup’s are paying like anything and this offer seems to be trivial for 5 yrs experience, but just wanted to know if I should be pursuing this offer or not?

Is it good.

Job role : SDE1
Tech stack : Nodejs, React, AWS, DevOps
CCTC: 6.5 all fixed 

Offer CTC : 8 fixed + 4 L ESOP + 1 to 1.5 performance bonus

Is it worth it.

I will be getting another offer 8.5 fixed.

How to negotiate for that.

It's is first switch and I was laid off in Feb.
I'm moderately good at problem solving and have LC : 1600+
CF : 1450+

Please share your view.
I'm really open for suggestions.

I recently got offer from an early stage startup in banglore. They raised a total funding of $5.19M over 2 rounds.

My offer is 13 LPA + 1 lakh retention bonus
5k per month for commute and health insurance

I have past experience of 2 years working with 2 startups and building apps from scratch for them.

Honestly I'm really confused about this offer, it is for sure better than my previous offer but I'm not feeling satisfied.

Any suggestions guys?

Wanted opinion on the following offer I received right now from an ed-tech startup in gurgaon.

My experience, 1YOE UiUx,
Place- Delhi
Current Salary 5.04LPA (All fixed and 5 day week office)

What they are offering is 
6LPA (90% fixed, 10% variable - based on performance, to be paid every quater, alternate saturday working)

And I'll have to shift to gurgaon for the job.


Is the offer good or what should I negotiate.

I just joined a company and it's been only 2 weeks. When I accepted the offer there was another interview in pipeline and some delay was going. The result came and now I am confused what to do. 

Startup (current company) TC : 27+2 (base+pf)

New Offer from a big firm: 31.5+3.15+1.51+45kUSD(Base+target bonus+pf+stocks 4yrs) = 43.87LPA Annual CTC

It's not easy as it seems. The startup (curr company) has great culture and tech stack. The product is exciting. It is part of a larger parent company. 

Whereas the big firm (new offer) works on a Monolith and work mostly uses Java. Codebase is 20yrs old according to Hiring manager. And one more thing - I hate Java. Why the difference has to be so big in TC 😭 I don't like to be confused. Have you ever been in such a situation? I want to relate my situation.

I have received an offer letter from Infosys with a ctc of 26lpa, including 20%lpa. During discussion with HR, it was decided to be 28lpa. They are not giving any joining bonus, nor any relocation. The reason they gave that my current salary being 15lpa. Should I negotiate further, will they consider increasing the package? 
What should I ask them?

I got offered a position in Adobe as an Architect

33 base + bonus 5L bonus.
RSU - 50K USD across 4 years
PF etc - 2.5L

Am I being lowballed? My current CTC is 29.3L with 32% variable on top of it.
I tried negotiating but with no luck, RSU was increased from 40K to 50K as a result of that.

My current CTC is 14 lpa with 12.6 lpa as base pay.

I got an offer from a fintech startup with 15.5 lpa as base pay, 74k variable and 1.5 lpa as ESOPs vested over 4 years. 

Am I low balled in the offer?

My current company has a notice period of 60 days and the offer company needs joining in 30 days which in turn needs me to pay back for the remaining 30 days.

Staff software engineer saas company with $200mn-+ARR. $1.2 bn valuation (undervalued but a good thing for me)

Cash component - 65lac (honestly I'm happy with it and not looking to get it improved) 


ESOPS - this is a bit tricky as I'm getting 6k units at $3.5 strike price (I feel the company should be valued at 2x it's current valuation and with $7 price of one share make 4 lac a year here when exercise)


My question How does the ESOPS compare with other comparable unicorn SaaS companies like postman, razorpay etc. ?

I am currently working in a startup which pays 38lpa base and no stocks, no EPF. Plus point is complete work from home. So i accepted it. 
But then I am thinking if I was low balled, as I have 6 years experience including 2 other MAANG level companies i worked with (not exactly MAANG but nearby)
My previous compensation was 28 base and stocks of 7 lakh per year.
I didn't had any competing offer so accepted it.
I am planning to study DSA and system design to start applying again in one year.

This is the breakup(Yearly):

Basic - 6L
HRA - 2.4L
Special allowance - 1.9L
Food allowance - 26.4K
Professional pursuit - 60K
Internet - 12K
Half yearly bonus - 50K

PF contribution - 2K

Total CTC - 12.5L

Apart from this, I've also been allocated 1000 ESOPs

Is there any scope of negotiation here? If yes, how do I go about it?

I have an exp of exactly 2 years and i received an offer from a startup for analyst (level 1) at a cash component of ~ 20L (includes 10 % variable)  and ESOP worth 3 L. My current company had an all fixed comp at 15 LPA ( fully remote) but the new company is WFO at Bangalore. 

I am also giving interviews for two other companies parallelly but my LWD of my current company was yesterday. Should I go ahead with this offer? Overall it looks decent but it's definitely not a financial improvement for me as the hike will offset the living expenses and the 30% tax bracket. 

Need your take on this guys. Should I wait more? The current offer I cannot hold for more than a week before it expires.
