Need help
Have resigned before getting a new job and need to find another one in 2 months How to explain HR why I had to do it.. they were going to force some of us to resign in few months, I did it before that. Can someone help pls
I have to do it smhow, one of my colleagues who joined just an year earlier than me was suddenly put in pip and the reasons were not strong enough for pip.. I didn't want to take risk of loosing gratuity. in pip, company may not give you gratuity , who wants to take that chance it's not a small amount

Ohh then fine. I m being total rebel in notice period. Taking up very small tasks and giving it back to those who are rude to unnecessarily. Looks like some people's asses r burning that i got another job
Nice.. but I'm trying to do job well so that they don't initiate pip during notice period, I don't think they initiate pip during notice but just being safe , they can always have reasons for what they do

Hey buddy are u gonna work in notice period properly and attend meetings until ir last working day? Or if they r not strict u can start phasing out from meetings and stuff
No leaves and proper work in notice period.. I am looking and need job in next 2 months but my question is how to answer hr interview when they ask why u resign even before u had another offer..

Tell them something like layoffs or anything. A frnd of mine got laif off and got 2 months notice period. Btw how will u interview if u gonna seriously work in notice period?
