Need help with job search strategy
I have been recently laidoff. month end is my last working day. Should I tell recruiters that I have been laid off? Or should I not . If not, how can I hide it?

I don’t think you need to hide it. It can come to your advantage because the recruiters see you as an immediate joiner.

You don't need to divulge it openly either. They might not expedite your process as you are available. They would give preference to other candidates first and then circle back to you.
Also, might lowball you on salary.
Bring it up only if required.
But what if you were sensing an imminent layoff and you resigned before they asked you.. to leave.how would you explain that and why you wanna join immediately
