NPF is a good organisation, with good culture.. I know them through some of my friends working there.. they don’t hire in bulk and don’t fire when market is tight.. stable organisation 
I guess not only NPF, any other organisation would be better option than EdTech firm working in B2C segment 😂

I was interviewing a candidate with 5yrs of experience in B2B SaaS marketing. He seemed to be an okay candidate, his demand was 25LPA. 

His package seemed to be a bit high for the knowledge he holds. He said that's market standard. I am not sure. 

Is he fair in asking 25LPA?

I currently work with an India based SaaS Unicorn. I work remotely however the rest of the team works from the office in a different city. There are some collaboration challenges and also uncertainties. I’ve been here for 10 months. 

I have an offer from an Enterprise - a lot like a Global capability center with a large software operation. There is ~15% growth, 3 days work from office(90mins commute each way). 

I am considering the switch mainly because of uncertainties and fear of lay off with my current role. But I am not sure if it’s a right decision to move a at from SaaS to a large enterprise. Thoughts? 

Moving out/within the city is out of question.
