Need tips on scheduling interviews
I've recently started applying for new roles, but I'm finding it challenging to manage interviews with my current 9-6 strict wfo job schedule. Most companies are scheduling interviews between 10-4, and with multiple rounds over a span of weeks, it's becoming hard to balance. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any strategies for scheduling interviews without raising red flags at work? Also, what are some legitimate reasons or excuses I could give my manager for taking time off?

Some companies accomodate your request. I have been in interview panel and provided 1-5 pm as my preferred time to take interviews. But there were a lot of requests to conduct interview post 6pm.
So, yes. Recruiters will understand.
Don't really have any suggestions for time off.
