Location: Bangalore, wfh initially, wfo after few months

Very unsure about which one to choose, the offers look very similar to me.
Startup 1 has a probation of 3 months as well.

I have got 2 offers, one for Hyderabad location (14.5, all fixed, as they have shared space office as of now, so initially it would be WFH & once they get a proper office after some months, 2-3days WFO hybrid), & one for Pune location (16 fixed, plus some variable and other benefits, hybrid from Starting, 2days WFO)

Is it worth to do WFO from starting for more money or settle for less now & go to office after some months? Are there any real pros of WFO? I haven't done WFO in my 3 year IT

-35lpa: all fixed, (it feels can go upto 36) 
-Service based but hiring for good client who is there from last more than 5 years and will be there for another atleast 5 years according to them 
-25 years old company
-1300 employees 

Inito(product based startup): 
30 + 2(esops over 4 years, so we can assume 30.5) 
-This got started in 2015 but still having only around 110 employees 
-Out of 110, 32 from IITs...so good people are there 

Yoe: 4.3

Current:7.44 base+2ljoining bonus(13th monht)+2.56lakh performance bonus (19th month)=12(for 1.5yrs)

Isi it a good offer?

In a dilemma got a couple of offers. Years of experience 4.5. Based out of Hyderabad.

Offer 1 : 40LPA  (total base pay)  location is banglore
Offer 2 : 33 LPA base + 25% of base (perf bonus) 8.2 LPA= 41.2 LPA location is Hyderabad 
Offer 3 :  252000 AED (57 LPA) location Dubai (no tax)

Cash : 22lpa 
Bonus: 1.5lpa ( 7% of cash component)
rsu: 8.6 lakhs ( vested over 4 years )
Joining bonus : 1lakh 

Thinking to take back this offer and match my current pay since wbl at my current company is great. What do guys you think ?

Hi Grapeviners, 

I have an exp of exactly 2 years and i received an offer from a startup for analyst (level 1) at a cash component of ~ 20L (includes 10 % variable)  and ESOP worth 3 L. My current company had an all fixed comp at 15 LPA ( fully remote) but the new company is WFO at Bangalore. 

I am also giving interviews for two other companies parallelly but my LWD of my current company was yesterday. Should I go ahead with this offer? Overall it looks decent but it's definitely not a financial improvement for me as the hike will offset the living expenses and the 30% tax bracket. 

Need your take on this guys. Should I wait more? The current offer I cannot hold for more than a week before it expires.

Please tell things other than initial compensation because you can always find someone paying more. Assume a market standard here.

How to get people to stay at a startup?

I got an offer from Infosys for the position of lead consultant. And they fixed a salary of 29 LPA with 80% take-home pay and 20% variable pay. My total experience is 13 years. So could you please tell me if 29 LPA is the correct value for the lead consultant, or should I go for further negotiation? Also, can you please help me before accepting the offer letter? What are the things I should ask Infosys HR? Should I ask for a for a joining bonus as well? Please guide me if you have experience with negotiation.

Will probably be offered Technical Architect role as per the job description and current profile. Presently at 25lpa and being asked to move to Bangalore for 31lpa (have not completed HR round yet)
