GooglePay ke interview mein I told them that unlike in GooglePay the money getting stuck issue doesn’t come in PhonePe so that’s a great area of improvement. They took it to their heart and didn’t select me 😂

Situation: at a store I first paid via UPI on phonepe. Money was deducted from my bank account, but the transaction was not completed (and it is still processing) , the receiver didn't get the money.
After a few minutes I tried via Google pay. Money was deducted and transferred successfully. 

Can anyone point out why this happened. At the core is there something different in system infrastructure for the both?

Hi guys, need your opinion on one of the issue, it’s not any investment thing but i need you help. So we have paytm soundbox machine in our shop , it was working fine till last month and suddenly they imposed restrictions on the total monthly payment which can be done. Previously it was around 13 lakh but now it got reduced to 3 lakh. 

They asked us to upload business proofs and PAN details, which we uploaded through the app. However even after verification still the restrictions hasn’t been lifted up. I have tried contacting customer support team multiple times but they just transfer the call from one exec to another and then hangs up. 

Is there any solution to this issue, has anyone ever faced similar thing. Any ideas on what to do , because it is really affecting the ease of business

Who was the person behind the development and launch of Paytm soundbox? I’ve read articles about how Vijay thought it was a break-through idea while waiting for a payment confirmation with a shopkeeper. Is it true? 
I think the product is really one-of-its-kind built for users across the spectrum and would like to know more about the people who worked on it.

When recharging on the telecom provider's app, I use GPay. Once I select the pay option on the app, it directly takes me to the amount screen of GPay to pay - I don't have to put in my GPay PIN to open the app.

This should not be happening right? Every other payment, Zomato, Zepto etc I have to open GPay first, then put in the passcode at the payments page.

Can somebody ELI5 this?

Anyone working at PhonePe, can you help me understand what would be appropriate hierarchy for someone with 3 yrs of post MBA and 6 yrs of total work exp?
I have generally seen relevant openings titled Associate Mgr, Manager usually. Haven’t seen a Senior manager level opening, not sure how it works there.
