Look into PMEGP scheme of the govt. You can get 25% subsidy as well. You can opt for up to 25L for the 1st time and then up to 1cr next time. They cater to both the manufacturing and service industry. Women are preferred as well. 
 It is basically an interest free loan. Govt pays for your interest.

I have been running my Recruitment and HR consulting firm as a proprietor for the last 2 years and doing pretty fine. I now have a good number of clients which suffice to expand our services. Me and my wife are 30 years old software engineer with no kids. Draw 7 lac a month please some yearly bonus. We invest 2 lac a month combined into equity market through mutual funds. 

Expenses: 1.5 lac a month including everything, lives in Bangalore in good society, owns a car, don't thing much before spending. 

Still after everything left with 3 lakhs every month in bank account. Not sure how to use that. We both don't have any fancy "shauk" where we can spend and hence don't have an urge to earn more.

I need your suggestion / help / opinion.

I am a Finance MBA grad having over 6 years of core banking experience in SME Working Capital Funding. I am also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). I am skilled at loan underwriting, credit appraisal, financial & ratio analysis along with credit assessment, business valuation, etc. I have been doing this for 6 years.

However, now since last 5months I have moved to a backend role in credit analytics dept. We design a product (for eg - Micro loans to women entrepreneurs) as per the policy guidelines, conduct UAT, resolve bugs, make the product go-live in all branches, and continuously analyze data for potential gaps and tap the same for it's scale up.
