I am into Testing domain. Overall having 7.5+ years of Experience in the industry. 3.6 years of experience in Wipro Limited as a Test Engineer (Insurance Domain) and then 4+ years of experience in UBISOFT as a Game Tester. Now got an opportunity in another organisation where the domain is similar to that of Gaming. There I am given the role of Associate III - Semiconductor Product Validation. Just wanted to know what is this designation? I mean is the Associate III role justified as per my overall experience or is it okay? Tried searching on the internet but didn't find any solid answer! Please let me know. Thank you in advance.

I have a strong passion in tech. I’m almost a nerd. The thing is, I never wanted to study the conventional indian way and therefore I don’t have a good academic record. 
10th : 8.8 gpa
12th: 71 %
Joined a civil course even though i loved tech, regretted and moved to another university after completing 2 years of civil.
Completed graduation with a degree in ECE and an 8.1 GPA due to covid.

My professional record is quite average with a 12.65 LPA offer as an SDE, 1 YOE.

The thing is, I crave money.  The current market situation and the opportunities available currently does not seem decent for me to switch and get a 20~30 LPA job.

Therefore I am considering higher studies. I need some advice from people who have been there and done that.

I am not in a situation where I would want to drop my current job and take up a regular MBA, moreover executive MBAs let you get those degrees from good colleges. I have good enough knowledge in java and spring boot not at all proficient in DSA, I want to give myself 4 months to work on my ds and algo, and to brush up spring boot and java. 
Which companies should I target if :

1) Got confidence in DSA and spring boot
2) Got confidence in basic DSA array stack queue linked list and spring boot
3) Got confidence in only spring boot and backend development

I'm a 30Yo with 7years in the same industry however at only 6LPA. For someone with this much experience i surely deserve more hence i started looking out for opportunities and got a 9LPA offer. When I put down my papers the current company has promised appraisal but are not confirming how much will I get and when will it start from. And now I'm stuck because the new offer is running out and my current company is simply binding time. I'm really clueless and ffs i really need to start making good decisions. #Salary
