Split of your net worth
Since a lot of folks have been discussing about holding different assets in their portfolio, what does one feel is a healthy split. I can go in first Cash/Cash equivalents : 0.4% FD/Debt Mutual Funds : 9.2% Stocks : 33% (mix of public traded ESOPs and those purchased by me in the market) Equity Mutual funds : 22% RE : 30% (includes the house I live in) Pension : 5.4% Would love to know how others are stacked.
I don't know about others, but I feel I have a healthy split. Share your thoughts if you disagree.
RE- 26%
MF- 30%
Stocks- 24%
Gold- 8%
FD- 5%
Crypto, EPF, bonds - 7%
There is around 0.25% in my bank account, I have not included it.
Look at bro sneakily grouping Crypto with EPF and Bonds as if these are low risk investments
😅 It was ordered by quantity, not by risk. I hope that was the intended question. ☺️

I would believe you will need to rebalance constantly. The split is not constant
