I have 8 years of experience, recently I got an offer from TCS for 20lpa(22% hike).Currently I am working at Accenture and my project is not releasing me or providing me any hike.Should I accept tcs offer ?

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA.

I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year).

As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast, should I join TCS and upskill myself or should i spend the next 6 months on my skill then apply somewhere else?

I've heard TCS isn't for Freshers.

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday.

I am open to both development and data roles, whichever offers more growth and opportunities in future as both the the packages are similar with minute difference

Hi, I got this offer from HSBC IT Technologies. I'm now working in TCS as a GCP Data Engineer. I started in TCS as a fresher and after 3+  years, TCS CTC is 4.82 lpa. Now HSBC is offering me 9 lpa + variable pay. 
Should it be a correct decision for me to accept the offer? What you all suggest?

I have received joining from Techmahindra (3.25 lpa) and I have an offer letter of tcs digital (7 lpa). I am unable to understand if I wait for TCS digital or else join techm because there is a bond in techm where I should pay if I leave the company before 2 yrs. I'll be graduating in July and I have 2 offers in hand TCS and Accenture.

I'm in a dilemma about which offer to choose because many IT professionals have mentioned that TCS doesn't have as many projects, and its work culture is not that good.

I'm also considering the long-term growth prospects and career advancement opportunities offered by both companies. Additionally, I'm evaluating factors such as salary, benefits, location, and the alignment of the company's values with my own career aspirations.

The company I used to work for recently shut down and I just received my first offer from a sizeable unicorn. 

I am being massively low-balled (20% cut). And on top of it, it's an exploding offer. 

I have a couple of interviews lined up (they start after May 28th) but at the moment, this is the only offer I have. 

What should I do?

1. Hard negotiate? Leave the offer on the table if it doesn't work out. 

2. Soft negotiate. Get the offer. Interview with other companies and try to get a better offer before joining (feels wrong)

Things to consider:

- I have 10+ months runway
- Last cash comp was 24L at 2.5YOE

I'm leaning towards 1.

I'm being lowballed. What should I do?

Suffering from success. 24L base for <2.5 yoe was already high. And that’s the reason why u have so much runway. Good luck on whatever u decide.
