Transition back to MNC
I have worked primarily in bluechip firms all my career (JP Morgan, etc.) and have now transitioned to a fairly niche media company. Is switching back to an MNC difficult, or are you valued more by them since you bring ground level experience by virtue of working at a smaller company?
It's neither more nor less value.
What matters when you're hired by someone is relevance of experience and expertise.
MNCs offer better defined process' and operate at scale. It's not too difficult to get back to one if you choose to in the future.

Do they tend to match the pay though?
