True or not?
$100k par to US me bhi decent lifestyle afford ho jati hai. Agle ne to seedhe India ka example uthaya hai.
100k mein you are still worse off than in India in major US cities. Only ppl who worked their would know

In comparison to what?
If a person can earn 100k in India. You first need to write down how much the same skillset would get him abroad.
For Eg: that's 83lakh inr annually.
Now such a person say has yoe of 6/7 then he is in your tier1 companies like Amazon/Google/Uber etc.. (they probably pay more)
The same companies for the same profile pay you 400k+ USD in bay area..
Now with that kind of money that lifestyle you can lead in US with all the benefits you get for your tax money is much much better than the 3rd class infra you get in India.
Big houses, multiple cars, pool and all bla bla he is distributing there. (On maids I am not sure though)
So, be very careful when u r listening to someone who has many followers. He has got those many because he knows how to charm or distribute sweet lies....
manosphere motivation industry ke grifters se itna logic expect nahi karte

Need 90LPA post-tax salary for this. At that scale of earnings, you're already a king with decent wealth, solid career, multiple income streams, local politician on speed dial and escape routes(both sponsored pr and nepal border) if things go wrong.

Hahahah. Escape route is pretty important.
Bro mentioned "just 100k" usd like it's nothing.
Same energy as "if you are poor, Just become rich, idiots. Duh!"
It’s kinda true. But air quality doesn’t depend on the money you make, places with decent air quality would have other issues.
If you can live with air purifiers 24/7, nothing is better than India
At least if you have money you can easily get 10 hours of good air using an air purifier.
Y don't you go to Pakistan or Bangladesh....you will become a princess there... 😂
As Rajesh's mom said in Big Bang Theory : "We are very rich in a poor country. So, can't complain"

Partially agree on this. Even with lot of money the lifestyle is pretty restricted in India. Pollution, traffic, corruption is the same. the struggle is more of less the same it is just in different areas. The highlights that he talks about a better life, happens not with money but with connections. eg: Having a lot of money will get you a good doctor, but not his apt attention. you can get a better school that charges more fees, but you can get in to decent school if you have connections. Having multiple cars, maids, cooks... meaning less.
This very true that’s why only those are moving to abroad who couldn’t get a high paying job in India.

You need atleast 2/2.5 cr of pre tax income to be spending 100k US a year in India. That’s almost L7/L8 level pay in big tech.
Who have 100k USD per annual salary
It’s not easy to get in Indian company 😂
100K USD in expenses isn't a small thing in US either.
