What are some Top Lala type companies to avoid?

I am working at an European company. Previously my manager was non Indian. Some re org happened, and I got an Indian manager. Man, I cannot tell you how many times I thought of resigning in the last 3 months. I think it’s in the genes. For instance, I informed that I would be on leave on 26th dec, given that 23, 24 are sat and sun and 25 is Christmas. They asked me if I can be on on call till 25th, as I’m only on leave on 26th Like wtf, who thinks this way!!

About me: Full Stack Dev (~2 YOE) focused on web performance. Some experience in Blockchain Current Company: - A small startup based out of Singapore - 18LPA base - Remote and Async, very chill - Not much interesting problem left to solve now - Company not doing very well financially - Works directly with the founder, handles everything tech. The company that gave me offer: - A small startup registered in Singapore, but everyone works from Delhi (Dwarka) - 22 LPA base - 5 days fully office, no WFH - Web3 company, so not very sure about the future - Not much information available online about the work culture or tech team - LinkedIn shows only ~6 employees What would you advice? It would have been best if I would have stayed at my current org, but then the work there does not interest me anymore. But if I move to the new company it will be a bet as I don’t know anything about the company culture, and also it is completely WFO. Should I wait for better offer? But then I am afraid looking at the current condition of job market.

Former/current employees at Navi, please do share your experience working with Navi technologies . Pretty new start up and therefore I assume it would be crazy. But do share your opinion on the work culture, growth, opportunities etc…Thanks

Hey guys. What are the worst companies to work for and why?

NCR based startup are mostly lala run startup. recently a founder didn’t know what’s their interview process or why they want to hire , after making offer , they are saying we want to close position in next 1-2 months not now. i pity on investor who invested in them. also one more reason to never join ncr based companies.

Can anybody name some Indian companies with good work life balance ? Or is it a myth ? And no , I’m not looking at government jobs , just IT companies or companies with IT wings :)

I am and Android application developer with 10 years of experience. I am working in Tech Mahindra since 2017 Oct. They are paying me just 9LPA , paying 18 approx to new joinees with half of my experience. Management assured me that my salary would be revised but it didn't. I am sad about what happened to me.

The worst company to exist from a culture POV. - Idiots for managers. People who have been there for years but don’t understand how to manage anything apart from their own egos - The CEO is quiet most of the times, despite all the claims of wrongdoing happening within his firm - Terrible paymasters. Denying people their variable pay & bonuses despite their employment agreements clearly stating so. The HR is as useless as the “ueue” at the end of the word queue. - No regard for safety & security of their employees when they travel for work. An employee I know is traveling to Delhi for the fashion week and they couldn’t even book her a hotel. She has to figure everything out on her own. In Delhi. - Their office smells like shit and can’t even handle all their employees coming into work. They don’t have enough chairs to seat everyone but HR wants to call everyone back to office 5 days a week. It’s no surprise that HUL treats them like a stepchild. Nobody wants them, and they’re just about surviving on their own. Think twice before working with them in any capacity. Take your money in advance. Never work for them.
