 For future reference just remove it from your CV. It doesn't mean to put in the work you have done for 24 days in experience.

I did not mention , it’s showing in pf service history. And I have releasing mail which is given by previous HR.

I have worked a small start up for 24 days. I don't have experience letter for that. After that I have joined a MNC as a fresher. After 3 years I am switching to another MNC. They are asking for Experience letter for the Start Up where I have worked for 24 days. Pervious start up company's HR is telling that they can't provide experience letter for 24 days but they will approve everything. But new MNC's HR (Where I got selected) are not ready to forward without experience letter. I have all proof without the letter. In that situation what should I do. Create an experience letter or miss the opportunity ?

Hey all, How are you ?
Well I am not fine, I am devastated and have no idea what to do with my life now. As I can't see any way out of this mess where I am right now.
I finally got an offer from a company where I have to join in 1 month but my current company is not allowing me to leave before serving the notice period of 90 days. Despite being on the bench for the last 5 months and still no hope for getting allocated with a project. Firstly, my manager told me that they'll give an early release if I find another opportunity somewhere. But now since I have got the job offer from a different company he denied it. 

The HR of the company where I have to join after a month told me it's not possible to wait for 90 days and he'll revoke the offer if I am unable to join in a month.

😓 my life is a complete mess now. Don't know what to do. I am literally crying every hour, seeing my career getting ruined. It was my mistake joining such a company where employees are not at all valued. 

It was difficult for me to find another job as I didn't have proper experience. I worked on a project for 8 months only and the project got ramped down. 

Now I don't have any choice. I feel like I am trapped for life and there is no way out.
Writing this post with watery eyes. Hoping to know if there is any solution to this trap.

I work in an MNC and the notice period is 90 days. due to this, my opportunities became narrower. Three recruiters directly told me they want candidates who can join in 30 days. Irony is those same companies posting linkedin urgent hiring.

If i I'm  for job in tcs and previously  i worked in 4 companies, is it mandatory to submit the experience letter from all 4 previous companies.

One of my friends  who previously work in a startup for 2 months  then he joined wipro,

And he didn't mentioned  the 2 months  experience anywhere, simce this 2 months reflecting  on epfo portal tcs is asking  for 2 months experience letter.
The previous organization is got giving the experience  letter even if he is ready to pay penalty, he submitted all proofs like offer letter, resignation acceptance mail and form 16 still tcs is asking for offer letter only.

Hii, I'm a front-end developer having around 3 years of work experience. I got laid-off in 2023 just after 1.8years in an organisation. Then I joined another company and got laid off in 6 months. Now I have an offer from early stage startup but I'm too scared to accept it because of my experience. But on the other hand I don't have any offer as well. Will it look bad on my resume. I don't know... I've started thinking that something is wrong with me otherwise what is the chances of getting laid off twice within same year. 
First I loose my peace of mind because of work pressure and then I loose my work... pretty f**cked up situation.
I have never been this unde confident. 
What do you think shall I take the offer from startup again or wait few more months or more to get into good mnc??

In my past experience:

- I got laid off on May 2020
- in July 2020 I got a job, did not like it and left early by Sept 2020 
- I joined a new company on Oct 2020 

In my resume , I have skipped this experience and mentioned other dates correctly. I didn't think it would be relevant!

1. Experience  A - Till May 2020
2. Experience C - from Oct 2020 - ..

1. Would this be a problem for background verification?
2. Should I inform the HR about this ?

When the assets arrived there was 3 weeks of compliance and regulatory training before which my position was eliminated as a result of business restructuring and downsizing. I got my startup offer (strategy type role)by then and I resigned from the IT firm with proper reliving letter and fnf settlement. I have now got an offer from a boutique consulting firm(after working in my startup for around 6 months) . I have however not mentioned this IT mnc in my resume at all since I did not gain any kind of work experience at this firm and it was not adding any value to my resume in terms of the types of roles I am looking for, I wanted to keep my other internships and startup tenure as they were more valuable. Is this going to cause an issue if I undergo a bgv process in my new firm? Should I submit my IT firm service certificate during bgv at new firm? .I have all the proper exit documents and there is no overlap of employment anywhere. Please advise. I am a 2022 pass out.

After all they promised to give training in Full Stack Java, but after I joined they giving training in C and every day manager threat us after C I'll conduct one exam & according to result I'll throw you out, After all it's a MNC but not offering a single money in training. I have joined Infosys 3 days back and want to leave now. I have better compensation. 
How I will approach HR about the same. Will they release or not immediately or I need to serve 3 months notice.

I'm a fresher currently working in a company which has a bond of 1 year and If I want to quit before that period, most probably i won't be getting any experience certificates, so when I apply for the next company is the payin slip enough to prove that i worked in a particular company or do we need the experience certificates as well.

Is payin slip enough proof to show that you worked in a company ?

I am planning to resign, and I have already started looking for other opportunities. I just want to be clear about what all things would be mentioned in the experience letter. Do they mention the exact joining date and last working date, or is it just the month and year? Also, do they mention anything about the job responsibilities in your position?

What should I do regarding that 1st MNC is CTS and 2nd MNC is TCS.
