When will senior leadership stop being agents of chaos
How do you think restructuring/re-orgs be managed? Should folks right till the lowest level be involved in some capacity in the decision making. Most conversations I've had with folks across multiple companies where re-orgs are taking place have been in agreement that most of it feels arbitrary and folks are treated no better than some random commodity which is being allocated to some other section. Can't do anything positive to the company can it🤔
