Which protein powder to use for beginners

Which protein powder should I use as a beginner and is it recommended to use protein powder. Or should I start eating more egg whites and other natural sources of protein.

Agree on the pricing. But you do get authentic ON products on Amazon. I have verified the products through the ON website every time and it has turned out to be genuine always.

You should consult a nutritionist with your workouts (assuming you are working out to gain mass).

Start off with 1g protein per kg of "ideal" bodyweight for your height. Try and stay fully natural first - egg whites, lean cuts of meat, sprouts, legumes. Balance with adequate fiber aka fresh fruits and salads.

Whey Isolates / Protein powders are a good phase 2 as an add on to the above. Don't rush into it - wait till you know if you actually need it.

Most importantly don't be in a hurry. There are no shortcuts to sustained muscle gain. The powders are not magic dust.

Muscle Blaze is a hyped product. All credit goes to Healthkart fake reviews and their superb marketing!
So don't waste your money on MB!

ON a real deal. It is expensive in India but it really makes a difference. Your strength, stamina etc. will improve in days. Moreover taste, post intake feelings etc. are awesome.

Many people will say ON here. But Muscle Blaze, Nakpro (Platinum), Naturaltein are far better options than ON if you compare price per gm of protein and other transparency.
Earlier ON was an imported product but now they manufacture it in India only like the products that i have mentioned above.

Natural protein over supplements. Protein powder is called a supplement for a reason. If you can get natural protein through food, then it's okay to skip the protein powder.

Regardless, I've been using ON for years (I'm a vegetarian and no pure protein source).

Try Muscle blaze beginner protein initially for a couple of months. It has a lower concentration (12g per scoop) See how your body responds. Then you can increase accordingly.

But measure your daily intake and only then add supplement if required.
