Last financial year, Cognizant CEO salary was about $22.56 million, which is approximately ₹186 crore. Such an amount is made up of several elements such as a base salary(not disclosed), stock awards, restricted stock unit (approx ₹41.75 crore) and performance stock unit ( approx ₹25 crore) among others.
