Is it a smart decision for long term to go for a private higher paying software engineer job, if I am working in an average paying PSU?
bro, totally go for the private job! 💸 more money means more opportunities and growth. psu jobs are stable but private sector gives you the chance to learn and grow faster. don't overthink, just do it!
