I have always been half pessimistic about updating my profile on Naukri? Does it really works? Has anyone received a call from it? I know it’s free, but is it even worth regularly updating my Naukri profile?
Background: Growth Product manager with 7 years of experience in product based companies. CTC > 45LPA
It works only when you are on notice period. That golden button ‘serving notice period’ .
Also, just keep updating once in a while. Not sure what is the logic but just update any letter of your name etc.
Last would be to take the premium service. That too after discussing about the premium amount
I keep getting spammed with customer support roles and calls so I stopped using it for algorithm cleansing
