I have been unemployed since 2023 struggling to get my first job

To skip the long story I was fired out of nowhere by the company I was working for my supervisor never told me I was doing nothing wrong everybody played it off until I received a call saying they let me go I have 2 kids under 2 it’s been hard trying to upskill and study for to make myself more valuable and my spouse works idk what to do I feel like I’m useless and a waste of life.

hello, i am currently looking for a job for a while and i am not getting any positive responses from anywhere till now. i have been looking for job from last 4-6 months and i am not just able to find even one, i have one year of experience in technical support and i am looking for a role in technical/product support, my last working day was in feb 2023, i don't know at this point what i should do ? i am applying daily, i also gave tcs nqt it exam and got 70% (don'tknow what to do with that), i am modifying my resume for jobs which i want, updating profiles. if anyone have any other suggestions, or if you could refer then it would be helpful. thanks

I want to share my experience as a fresher at Accenture, my first company from a college placement. The first six months were fine, but then I faced severe mental harassment from my supervisor and manager. She constantly criticized my work and gave negative feedback, causing me immense stress. I often skipped meals and worked weekends to improve, but nothing helped. Despite reporting the issue and requesting a supervisor change or a different track, my requests were ignored. The harassment worsened, affecting my physical health, and I couldn't eat or sleep properly. My manager controlled trivial aspects like where to sit and whom to talk to, making the situation unbearable. I was even forced to switch from a developer role to a tester, despite being trained as a developer. The final straw was being placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) without a clear reason, with the same harassing individuals assessing me. I only had 1.9 years of experience then. I reported the mental harassment to HR and resigned due to deteriorating health, panic attacks, and weight loss. Despite having no other job offer, I couldn't continue. Even during my notice period, I was forced to complete PIP assignments, which led to suicidal thoughts and further health issues. Now, I am jobless, feeling helpless and frustrated. With less than 2 of experience, I struggle to find offers in a down IT market and don't know what to do next.

Initially I was preparing for UPSC exam but I gave up after few months and now for a year I have been learning Front End Development and have learnt HTML, CSS, JS & ReactJS but unable to find a job. I made a lot of mistakes in past and didn't learned from them. I'm not good at anything. I apply daily at different platforms ex: wellfound (formerly angellist), hirist, hirect, instahyre, cutshort, individual mass hiring companies off campus but from nowhere I'm getting interview call even if I get call I'm not able to clear interview. Now the thing is my parents gave me ultimatun to get out of the house by April 1st they don't care what type of job I do. I don't understand what can I do now. I'm willing to do hardwork and learn from my mistakes I just need little guidance to get on a track. If anyone can guide me on how to get a job or any advice. I would really appreciate it. I've been looking for job for a year now. Though I did join a company last year. I did settle for a company temporarily and because of the experience I had during onboarding and during this last one year, I've been proactively looking for jobs but I've failed to get shortlisted in every company where I applied. I have not even received call from Naukri.com or any job portal. Now only a fews weeks remain for me to become unemployed completely. 4 years of experience in product. However I am willing to change the domain and industry as well. Current fixed compensation is 20 lakhs. I urgently need a job. Thanks.

Hi all, can anyone please tell me how to find jobs in the software industry. I am currently looking for a job for about 1 month and have applied to 100+ jobs still not receiving anything. Received one call from a company and cracked the interviews, too. HR told me that I was selected after that ghosted me. It's becoming really hard seeing people getting jobs, and here I am not getting a single interview call. I am also Knight in Leetcode and have around 1.9 years of experience.
