This. I had use up all my leaves during covid, and that too when it had just begun

I haven't personally worked there, but know a bunch of people who works/worked there. Since it's an MNC, the experiences I've heard from each of them is different. Some said their projects were great with loads of learning and supportive managers and even went onto later switch to companies like Morgan Stanley etc. Others have resigned within 6-10 months saying toxic culture, poor WLB, no learnings etc. So I think it depends on what project you get allocated to at the end of the day.

Capgemini is shitty. Stated there for 6 months and got my ass burned. Shifted to b2b product company immediately. There was 1 HRBP at that time, he's the most worst guy I have ever met.

I don't think HR and related job profiles need to worry much about Capgemini. Work culture and growth is average, not something to boast off. What is your CTC at Swiggy and how much more are they offering? 💸

Engineers need to stay away though as the CTC offered is 🥜.

It’s for my wife. She is moving to a Project Management profile there

it's a mixed bag. Like most companies your experience with the company would depend on which project you get. if Ure on bench then it's a nightmare as there is a lot of pressure to get billable. Also, within Capgemini you also have sogeti and lbs, I would avoid these.
