Frustrated with working at a male dominated-tech bro company

I work with a gurgaon based startup, filled with alpha males. While 90% of the team works from office, I belong to the other 10%. Whilst the product and pay the great, I barely have say in the decision making and due to WFH the communication gap just seems to be increasing. I am communicated the tasks which I have to do/get it done by my team and the ceo will out of the blue just start asking for things to need to be delivered immediately, no concept of weekends and office timings.

I love the product we are building and the team is quite promising but the company culture is starting to get to me. What should I do? Should I continue working here or switch to get mental peace?

Its the same at most of the startups, I don’t see any male dominance here, startups suck at wlb

Any startup, even if dominated by the other gender will have poor wlb and people one upping themselves. Theres no-hierarchy or a system for communication in place!

But regardless you should raise this with the team and hopefully something works out for everyone!
