how many minutes are you able to study continuously before ADHD kicks in ?

Really depends on what I'm doing. If it's something that scratches the itch in my brain, i can go on for multiple hours. Studying (traditional, academic) sadly isn't one of them. At best I can go what 20 mins? Beyond that I need to rest my brain :(

For me 5 - I start by 11 and end by 7 but take an hour lunch break, 4-5 tea/coffee breaks and some gossips - I tracked one day and it was 5.2 hrs.
