I was out to have dinner. When I was looking for what to eat near the billing counter, I heard people shouting.

When I went there I saw that a man was lying down unconscious and his wife was shouting to call an ambulance. There was another lady who was giving chest compressions to this man. All this while I kept looking at the unconscious man and mind was racing and I kept thinking what can I do to help. But I couldn’t. It felt like me or anyone being there would just add to the panic. So I was just standing there numb

Luckily the unconscious man opened his eyes and seemed ok soon enough. They probably took him to a hospital. 

I’m really grateful to this lady who took immediate action during the chaotic few minutes.

This incident will stay with me for a while, partly because I feel bad to have gone numb during such a situation and partly because it makes me realise how we don’t care enough about our health.

I hope that person recovers quickly

I have been working in the IT industry for the past 8 years and have been very successful in my domain because of my will to solve problems at work as interesting puzzles.

But this interest has slowly and gradually formed a huge part of my life to a level that if I am away from it for sometime, it gives me anxiety.

I am afraid this will affect my other parts of life like giving attention to my family, spending ample time with them.

As a process, I started to have no code Saturdays so that I am completely away from my laptop and spend time doing other mundane things. But this has not reduced the anxiety.


Any suggestions for reducing my workaholic nature ?

Continuing on my last perfectionism post, stop waiting for the right moment, the right anything hoping it would come someday. Hoping that you would find your knight in shining armor outside your house.

Actually alive will be kind of negative word.. so recently I survived a very big car accident, I was driving and my papa was along with me, so one a turn car topple and it bounced upside down breking driver side mirror from which we both could come out instantly.. hopefully both of us didn't have any major injuries but had some minor scratches and so bit of bleeding..

That day..I was just thinking about not having injuries only.. but yesterday just a thought came in my mind..while watching a south fighting movie.. what if anyone of us or papa had any injuries.. because we have 3 mirrors in the front.. anyone going right into the chest could have killed us in seconds.. and thinking about this thought.. I couldn't move from that place for 3-4 hours and stopped that movie too..

Maybe something is left in my life journey..so I am still alive and maybe I am lucky to be able to spend some more time in my parents so papa is still with us.. I am atheist and have never been in any temple.. contrary to my parents behaviour..who are so religious.. may be, I am because of their prayers in all the Life..

Thank you life... for the second opportunity.🤞🙌🫡

I become more creative. I talk amazing well and tell engaging stories. Make people laugh. All this is when I’m high.420. But I’m not completely opposite when I’m not high. Introvert. Shy. Lack of confidence and mind blocks. 

Is it true that medication can help you be in the best form all the time. Seriously? How much time of practise would it take to achieve that state of mind?
