I just keep my legs straight under the table and raise them up so that you feel some tension in the muscles. That will keep you awake in case you have a meeting and need to show an attentive face. A friend I know, also goes to the washroom to take a power nap for 10-15 minutes and then stretch, wash his face and come back. Didn't work for me but you can try.

They have ginger+ green chillis mix into it it was more of brandy than bm π

I close my eyes and delete one random table from Db and then go for small walk outside
I wanted to check if anyone in this community has had been facing gut issues like the ones mentioned? If yes how are you guys coping with it. Most of the folks here talk about money, jobs, layoffs etc but I guess health is underrated.
