A fav form of exercise for the endorphins, (this actually helps the most); upbeat, pump up music (have a dedicated happy playlist); a lighthearted tv show; venting to a close friend (knowing they have the headspace for it) - even sending a voice note works for me

I used to share these 5 min long voice notes to my friends in college and realised no one bothered to listen it completely 🥲 In my opinion, the best would be climbing stairs ...go upto 30-40 floors ...it's a good workout By the time , you get so exhausted and tired , you have absolutely no energy to do anything else
