What’s the one change you made that had the biggest impact on your fitness?

For me, it was incorporating daily walks into my routine. It’s done wonders for both my physical and mental health.

An occasional guava if I’m hungry or a glass of lemonade that’s it

Eating last solid meal before 7. Generally take milk before sleeping.

Have dinner before 7 pm and do weight training exercises even for weight loss . replacement of traditional breakfast to Oats protein powder shake smoothie for satiating long.
