What is the reality of these unlimited pto/leave policy that companies have, I'm unaware as i am a fresher. Also which companies offer remote roles and unlimited leaves/PTO in india? do comment if you know or are in one!
Was only able to take max 14 leaves/yr when old org had “unlimited” leaves. There was always something to do.
