Saw my job listed on linkedin. What should I do?

I joined this job 3 months back. Things haven't been good. Part of the problem is that the people I am reporting into have little to no experience in the segment they are entering into and are not willing to listen to someone who has worked in this segment for 15+ years.

I am a little bemused.... I don't really need the job. But the money is nice.....

Any suggestions on what to do.....

Edtech landscape is like a dumpster fire in a flood during a cat 6 hurricane. Get out of there before a solar flare hits and detonates a few nukes!

Assuming he is from Edtech and with 15+ years of experience, he is actually an industry veteran. Can't really afford to work under clueless people when you have considerable experience even if the pay is good. Sometimes self respect >> money.

Unfortunately that is how most edtechs operate these days, away from education and even technology, and more into sales and marketing

If you have little influence on account of circumstances, and thats not going to change, then try something else which will give you equal money and satisfaction.

Jokes aside, would love to know more about your experience and career. 15 yrs in edtech is quite something.

Since I didn’t get any response last time I am posting again. Everyday I’m applying 50-100 jobs on LinkedIn but no one has even viewed my profile, such a waste of time and energy.
