Seeking Advice

Hello guys,

Please guide me, I need some suggestion.

I recently joined TCS and have been assigned to a client that requires late working hours, often extending until 10 or 11 PM. One of the main reasons I joined TCS was to achieve a better work-life balance, especially after working long hours for the past eight years.

As I have a client interview scheduled for next week, I would appreciate any suggestions or strategies on how to address this situation. Should I directly say no?

There is no such life balance. Did the manager or HR say that you have to work late hours. While your client interview is not yet done.

It is understandable if you have to work some days late then you can work if you are in a 24*7 support role.

If you extend your working hours daily then look for other projects and refuse the project nothing will happen.
