Seeking Advice

Hello guys,

Please guide me, I need some suggestion.

I recently joined TCS and have been assigned to a client that requires late working hours, often extending until 10 or 11 PM. One of the main reasons I joined TCS was to achieve a better work-life balance, especially after working long hours for the past eight years.

As I have a client interview scheduled for next week, I would appreciate any suggestions or strategies on how to address this situation. Should I directly say no?

Communicate your concerns to your manager. Emphasize the importance of work-life balance. If no change, consider other projects or roles within TCS. Escalate to HR if necessary.
