Seeking Advice

Hello guys,

Please guide me, I need some suggestion.

I recently joined TCS and have been assigned to a client that requires late working hours, often extending until 10 or 11 PM. One of the main reasons I joined TCS was to achieve a better work-life balance, especially after working long hours for the past eight years.

As I have a client interview scheduled for next week, I would appreciate any suggestions or strategies on how to address this situation. Should I directly say no?

If the timings are a concern for you, then you can talk to your manager regarding the same. If they don't agree, you can look for another project within TCS that matches your skillsets. I don't think there should be an issue.

They will always make you send a consent email before onboarding you. Do not send any consent email, you can politely say no to any project you don’t like but don’t be on bench for too long.
Good luck Godspeed
