To be fair the bottom 5% of any faang company is some of the shittiest and laziest people you can possibly imagine. Finally, we all know why people don't hire ex-FAANG dumb engineers who don't know the difference between Java and JS. 😭

Crab mentality of Indians is insane. Bottom 5% getting fired is common at Amazon, Meta is simply realizing it's a necessity to keep employees updated and motivated to grind. But calling them dumb especially when you work at TCS doesn't make sense

15% are being given Below Expectations rating and are being offered mutual seperation with 3 Months salary.

The mid year ratings are supposed to just give a direction but this year's layoff is happening on its basis.
