What made you feel that your employer actually cares about you?
Title.
Would love to know the name of the company too. Asking for a friend.
Medium to high pay, no hustle at work, relaxed deadlines, low risk of layoffs means that employer "cares for you". TCS, Infosys care. Not joking, let's be practical. Employers caring like family is HR speak. Ask yourself how many good friends you made at work as compared to college.
Gave me 6 bosses to report to and none of them cared or were my official bosses so nobody to guide me through alloted cases. I am a fresher🙃
S&P Global, best culture I have ever seen
Anything specific made you realise that?
Best manager, who always understand problem of employee, company policies, support during covid, support when my family members was in hospital, flexible work policy, leaves,, perfect work life balance.
High CTC helps feeling like they care for me
That's 🤑Very true 💸 !
Relevant till the day 📆 they realise you are over 💰paid and decide to fire 🔫 you. Ask the 27 massage therapists who lost their jobs at Google..
@MikePompeo your emoji game is strong 😂
Walmart has pretty decent work life balance, caring leadership and good pay. Stress to build systems for large scale a learning available only in few companies. The best part, during a recession everyone flocks to Walmart stock so your RSU value is pretty much conserved.
My employer really cares about me by arranging events and outings by using investors money instead of actually making their business better. They ensure that I sign a NDA for every little task I do so that their competitors don't kidnap, bribe and poach them.
And poach me*
Had 3 managers as fresher who made my life real game of thrones. Felt truly loved there
😂😂
