Work is worship but health is everything

There should be a policy to atleast do some YOGA on daily basis guided by baba ramdev for atleast an hr within working hours

1- It increases your focus 2- It increases productivity 3- It creates good work culture 4- It motivates progressive mindset

Tcs must have flexible working hours no matter its of any domain or bpo..

Even service desk and L2 people need to breathe.

Management should consider this seriously if they are looking for actual results.

This step will surely ensure that tcs cares for employees and is employee specific.

Health is everything 😊

Baba Ramdev's yoga, seriously? That's like asking a fish to climb a tree. Why not ask TCS to start a circus? "Health is wealth" - heard of it? Why not focus on work-life balance instead? And why only TCS, why not all companies? Is TCS the only one exploiting employees? Why this selective outrage? And who said service desk and L2 people don't breathe? They breathe, eat, sleep, just like you and me. They are not robots.

Your suggestion is as absurd as asking a lion to eat grass. It's high time we stop this nonsense and focus on real issues. Why not talk about fair wages, job security, and employee rights? Why not talk about the exploitation of contract workers? Why not talk about the gender pay gap? Why not talk about the lack of diversity in leadership roles?

Your suggestion is like putting a band-aid on a gunshot wound. It's not going to solve the problem. It's just going to make it worse.

So, let's stop this nonsense and start talking about real issues. Let's start talking about how we can make our workplaces better, fairer, and more inclusive. Let's start talking about how we can ensure that every employee, regardless of their role or position, is treated with respect and dignity.

And let's start talking about how we can ensure that every employee has the opportunity to grow and succeed. Because that's what really matters.

So, my question to you is, what are you doing to make your workplace better? What are you doing to ensure that your employees are treated with respect and dignity? What are you doing to ensure that your employees have the opportunity to grow and succeed?

And if you're not doing anything, then why not? What's stopping you?

"Kuch toh karo, yaar. Baatein kam, kaam zyada." (Do something, mate. Less talk, more work.)

Talking about inclusivity and diversity.. respect and ethics and opportunity.

Unfortunately due to business standpoint i havent seen anyone following above points.

Still equal wages awareness is not there… i would love to know your next course of action in regards to the change you want to bring in TCS
