Hi i am 2 months pregnant and have received an offer from EY with 30% hike. I am confused if i should drop my papers and switch ? as it can be an issue going for hybrid workmode and then taking maternity very soon. i am in the Bangalore location of Globant so i dont have to go to office presently.
